The planning half of a self-improving learning loop. It reads the most recent journal-analyzer result for a child, pulls the next topic, and invokes the family's canvas and journal skills with that topic. Use it after the analyzer has run the night before. If there is no next topic yet, the planner falls back to the child's curriculum cursor, so tomorrow's learning work still has somewhere sensible to start.
