What to do once you've got the two links above.

On your iPhone, tap the Parent app link above. TestFlight opens, accept the invite, install.
Open the Parent app. Sign in, complete the short onboarding, and generate a pairing code at the end.
On your kid's device, tap the Kid app link. TestFlight opens, accept, install.
Open the Kid app and enter the pairing code from the Parent app. The two devices link.
You're in. Pick one habit to start with (brushing teeth, homework, screen-off time), and your kid sees their first session within seconds. From there, Sprout coaches them. You check in when you want.

Sprout pairs a parent and a kid. The Parent app is where you organize and check in. The Kid app is the kid's own focused space, with no admin and no clutter.

What devices does Sprout run on?

Is it free?

Yes, free during the alpha. We'll be honest with you well before that ever changes.

How private is my kid's data?

Privacy-first by design. We don't sell data, run ads, or share anything outside your family. Read our approach to kids' privacy.

How do I uninstall?

Delete both apps from the devices. Email us at hello@sproutgoodhabits.com if you also want your account fully removed.
